Lisa is former Mrs. America 1997-1998, a former pro-cheerleader, and a professional model/actor and TV host, but most important a mother of three. Her mission is to be an example that even after three kids you can get your body back. She motivates, guides, and inspires all walks of life in her workouts by hitting as many body parts as she can in her challenging workouts. Lisa has many fitness clients like Dick's Sporting Goods & GNC and has been in many fitness infomercials and DVD's nationally, and internationally. She is a certified aerobics and Pilates instructor for 16 years through IDEA, Energetics, and Expert Rating. Lisa teaches aerobics (low, high, & step), interval training, water aerobic, pre-natal, hip-hop & salsa dancing, Pilates, yoga, and martial arts.
Lisa has professional dance experience as pro-cheerleader for three years for the (AFL) Arena Football League, the Buffalo Destroyers. Lisa has been dancing since the age of four from tap, jazz, hip-hop, to modern dance and ballet. She is currently taking lessons in ballet and hip-hop, to further her training.
Lisa keeps herself in shape by cross-training six days a week, twice a day. She is also creator, and owner of B-Harmony, all-natural skin care line, and a professional singer/performer.
